Job Title: Success Consultant

Job Description: We are looking for LIFE INSIGHT versus LIFE EXPERIENCE

As a Synduit Success Consultant, your role will be ever-changing as the company grows, but will consist of consulting with our clients in order to develop strategic marketing plans based on what they are looking to achieve. Once the plan is set, it is time to transform these ideas into realities by means of execution. Synduit Success Consultants will begin building custom designed websites (Graphic Design is not required and HTML is also unnecessary), marketing landing pages, email campaigns, membership platforms, event registration programs, ecommerce campaigns, etc. In addition, our efforts will extend into the world of social media with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, GroupOn, Google PPC, and variety of other networks that will allow our clients to access the world.

Desired Characteristics: 

-Entrepreneurial Spirit- Entrepreneurs are born, they are not created, because there is a drive within each of these individuals that cannot be compared to anything else in the world. An entrepreneur does not only see “what is,” but also has the ability to envision “what will be,” and then executes upon this intuition. We are seeking entrepreneurial spirits who recognize that they need a “first step,” into the world of startups.

-Confidence- This is an inherent quality of an entrepreneur. What we mean by this is that we are seeking an individual who “so believes in themselves,” that they are willing to iterate until they find what works.

-Creativity- This is a true internet/marketing startup company and in order for the organization to succeed, we need employee(s) who are able to transform an idea into a reality. We need someone who can consistently think on their feet and be creative with the end product.

-Positive Attitude- The most important attribute to success is your attitude. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has a positive spirit, who is extroverted, and is inherently optimistic.

-Ability to Write- As a success consultant you will be writing on a regular basis. It is important that you are able to deliver a passionate, creative, and well written message. There will be training in this arena, but when it comes to writing, you either have it OR you don’t!

-Driven to Achieve- This is a startup company and those involved will need to be driven to succeed. We work long hours, but the byproduct of your effort has the chance to be extremely lucrative and exciting. We have built a model that will succeed, but we are now looking for people to help execute, contribute, and help Synduit grow.

-Experience or Understanding of Internet Marketing/Social Media/Graphic Design- This is not as important as the other characteristics, but it would be a definite plus if you were knowledgeable within this arena. This is 21^st century communication and the ideal conduit to share a message with the world.
