 There has become a universal desire for many small business owners who yearn to be seen as an expert in a particular field, share their insights and depth of knowledge, change the world by means of their product or service, and be compensated due to their vast achievements. Although the desire might be substantial, the number of small business owners who have achieved this status seems to be few and far between, but it does not need to be this way anymore.

 I wanted to share one of my favorite quotes with you today, because I believe this quote has the power to enable each and every one of you to realize that we are born with all of the tools we need to thrive. But it is our CHOICE and our RESPONSIBILITY to dig deep, beyond our comfort zone, to access these resources and make them our own. Unfortunately, many of us allow our surrounding environment to dictate our destination in life.
I want to take a moment to define destination because this has nothing to do you’re your geographic location, what you accomplish, or the number of years you live, but your destination is derived from the clarity of your intention (“the who you are”) during your life. This deals with living the life you create for yourself, where you establish an IDENTITY that represents you on all levels. This destination is the platform and foundation for living a life with purpose, passion, and never-ending fortitude to consistently stay congruent with the who you are and the what you stand for!
